This project consisted of the replacement of a hipped to gable-end roof conversion on a North Tyneside home.

The brief of this project included introducing a new staircase to the loft to increase the capacity of the home from a three bedroom to a four bedroom home with an office.The designs include two large dormer’s to the front facade and one large cladded dormer to the rear. This design maximised the floor plate on the new story whilst maintaining existing materials and architectural style along the streetscape.

On this project we help the client achieve successful full planning permissions, and full building plans meaning that full details of the proposed building works are submitted for approval before the works are carried out.
