We went beyond aesthetics, focusing on optimizing space and ensuring financial viability. In the Shiremoor/Benton project, we provided:

  1. Strategic Concept Design: Our team delivered a concept that not only considered the potential HMO conversion but also maximized the front elevation for increased seating, creating a versatile and economically viable space.
  2. Planning Solutions: Mimas Residential facilitated the planning process, ensuring that the proposed extensions and alterations complied with regulations, setting the stage for a successful transformation.

Key Achievements

  1. Practical Space Utilization: Through a comprehensive measured survey, we identified limitations in extending the loft area for additional rooms, leading to a strategic design that maximized available space without compromising structural integrity.
  2. Successful Planning Approval: Navigating the challenges of a potential HMO and front elevation extension, our team secured planning approval, providing a green light for the envisioned transformation.
  3. Financial Viability Assessment: Determining financial viability was a critical challenge, and Mimas Residential conducted a thorough assessment to ensure that the proposed changes would result in a rewarding investment for our client.
