Our Studio
Formed in the heart of the North East of England, the Mimas Residential Design studio works with continual development to the benefit of both the client and our team. We endeavour to improve both our quality and efficiencies for each and every project we touch. Predominantly focusing on architectural design, our team extends to handpicked external consultants should the time and place arise.

We are committed to ensuring that our designs stand the test of time. By this, we mean to ensure that the design fits the client’s requirements and that it has the least environmental impact where possible, and always to the client’s benefit.
Our Team
Personal development is at the core of our work. Without our great people, the business just won’t work the best way. We ensure that our team have the best opportunities we can give them so if a team member is assigned your project, it’s likely because they chose to do it.
Being Social
This isn’t just about having fun. This is about ensuring that what we design will have a positive effect on everyone affected by it. Creating channels of communication and understanding local social discipline is our key to excellent design in the North East.
